Zoe Sharpe is a senior development manager in Dandara’s build to rent division – Dandara Living.  In the past 30 years, the Dandara group has delivered more than 22,000 homes and 1.7m sq ft of commercial space in the UK.  A qualified solicitor and a chartered surveyor, she has more than 15 years' experience in the real estate and development industry.  Zoe joined Dandara Living in 2019 and is currently involved in delivering:

• a 264 apartment scheme in Luton next to Luton train station with extensive landscaping enhancements and flexible commercial space fronting the high street, High Town Road; 

• a complex urban regeneration scheme at Bedminster Green in Bristol next to Bedminster train station and a further scheme in Bristol next to Temple Meads train station – the combined schemes will deliver c.1,000 new homes, extensive public realm and highways enhancements, biodiversity net gains, opening up the River Malago and flexible commercial space to support local community and local business need; and  

• Warners Fields – which, through the re-naturalisation of the River Rea, will create one of the greenest neighbourhoods in Birmingham, and will provide c.1,300 new homes, co-working areas, flexible studio spaces for start-ups, artisan retailers and manufacturers, cafes and restaurants.
