Ashton Gate Stadium is located on the South West side of the City of Bristol, less than two miles from the City Centre.

A complimentary shuttle bus will be available after the conference dinner from 11pm- 2am. Leaving Ashton Gate Stadium to the hotels listed under accommodation.
Cycle/E Scooter
Ashton Gate is easily accessed by bike via a number of dedicated cycle paths in Bristol.
Please use the cycle route planner to plan your journey.
Ebikes and scooters can be hired via Dott in Bristol.
By Car
Delegates are able use the car parking in the Winterstoke Road; BS3 2LQ, however vehicles are left at owner’s risk.
For the daytime conference parking is free.
Please ensure you scan the carparking QR at the registration desk on arrival.
For the evening dinner parking is chargeable please use the payment units on site.
The car park is operated by YourParkingSpace and parking charges apply. Payment can be made by card via the payment units on site, on the YourParkingSpace app or by phone. Parking can also be booked in advance via www.yourparkingspace.co.uk. Payment units are cashless, so accept card only payments.
Drop off/collection only delivery parking must be notified directly to Ashton Gate Stadium (01179630680, events@ashtongate.co.uk) to log vehicle registrations before arrival.
The BPLP conference organisers will not be responsible for any parking fines incurred resulting in vehicles not being logged with the venue prior to delivery parking.
By Train
Ashton Gate Stadium is a ten minute walk away from Parson Street Station, and two miles away from Bristol Temple Meads Station.
