Zoe manages the West of England Nature Partnership, which brings together NGOs, local authorities, statutory agencies and other stakeholders to drive nature's recovery across the West of England region. Previously, she has worked as a Senior Policy Adviser at the Royal Society, specialising in UK environment, land use, and agriculture, and at Wildlife and Countryside Link, England’s largest coalition of environmental NGOs, where she covered a broad range of policy issues.
