As important to us as the services we offer is the way in which we offer them and we are pleased that our continuing growth is built on our foundations of people and partnerships. Our name is the best representation of that, the dictionary definition of ‘rapport’ being “close and harmonious relationships in which people understand each other’s ideas and feelings and communicate well”.
