Marengo Communications is a specialist communications consultancy, providing guidance and support to the property sector. Recently incorporating Cadence PR, with their strong track record in and around Bristol, our team of professionals has decades of combined experience working in the planning and property sectors and have often worked with controversial schemes having to be delivered against several constraints. 

 

Our experience in the industry has taught us what we want to do better, and how we want to be different. One crucial area of difference for us is our structure – which we refer to as “the hourglass model”.  

 

In short, we're heavy at the top (Directors), heavy at the bottom (professional support staff) and skinny in the middle. 

 

You will never have your account handed over to a junior colleague without the experience or capability to deliver the quality of service you should expect – we simply don’t employ junior account handlers. Instead, you will receive senior support from the moment you start working with us right through to completion of the project.
