Lisa-Marie is a Consultant with the Planning Advisory Service (PAS). She joined PAS in September 2025 and has been involved in projects relating to developer contributions (specifically the standardisation of S106 agreements), as well as work relating to both the ‘legacy’ and new plan-making systems. She now leads PAS support for those authorities aiming to submit their local plans under the ‘legacy’ system by December 2026.

 

Lisa-Marie started her career in planning enforcement and development management, and expanded her skill set to include planning policy in recent years. With her broad knowledge of the three disciplines of planning, Lisa enjoys delivering support to local authorities as well as helping to facilitate public sector improvements.
