West of England Combined Mayoral Authority
John has been the Director of Place at the West of England Combined Authority since July 2025. His responsibilities include spatial planning and housing, regeneration and nature and climate resilience. Prior to joining WECA John was a Senior Civil Servant in MHCLG and a Director in Local Government.
