Regional Managing Director for Sovereign Network Group
James is fast approaching 30 years’ experience in the delivery of new build housing predominantly for affordable housing across the South West of England. Acting as Regional MD for Sovereign Network group, James oversees a team of 40 staff delivering 1000 new homes per annum via land led, joint venture and acquisition from Developer partners.
Sovereign currently has a number of exciting opportunities being bought through the planning process in Bristol including Clifton Down Shopping Centre, Castle Court, Brislington and Paynes Ship Yard on Coronation road.
