Stafford Yard, our first build-to-rent development in Bristol, is due to open in early 2025 and features 295 apartments and 21 affordable homes, with resident amenities including a gym, lounge, courtyard gardens, private balconies and roof terraces. Under a development partnership, we are also working with Bristol City Council to develop 330 affordable and market homes for rent, residents’ amenity, community and commercial spaces with significant investment in the existing Bedminster Green. Plans have also been submitted for Clarence Road, a proposed development of 437 much needed high-quality homes in the Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone which will create a vibrant sustainable mixed-use development opposite Temple Meads Station.
