Curo is a housing association and developer with 13,000 properties across South West England. We have an extensive long-term development and land acquisition programme, building hundreds of homes every year for private sale and affordable housing. We acquire immediate land on the open market and have an increasing focus on expanding our strategic land portfolio to provide a future development pipeline. Our projects range from 20-dwelling developments to substantial new neighbourhoods.

Our team oversees all development in-house, from land acquisition and planning to technical, commercial, construction, and sales. We will deliver over 2,000 homes in the next five years, with projects supported by a long-term, resilient investment strategy.

Our mission is to provide great homes, support communities and improve lives. We are a long-term investor in areas we develop, working to build thriving, sustainable communities. We have no paid shareholders, meaning all profits are reinvested, helping create more affordable homes.
